  • Kyle Jeavons

    Kyle is a Director of Hesperia and has over 20 years of experience in development management, covering all aspects of the development process.

    He oversees all built form projects through acquisition, planning approval, concept design, construction and delivery.

  • Jamie Fini

    Jamie is a Development Director at Hesperia. His diverse career experience includes over 10 years within property, investment banking and general management.

    Jamie is responsible for acquisition, structuring and leasing pre-commitments for Hesperia’s healthcare-led mixed-use projects.

  • Jordan Ennis

    Jordan is a Senior Development Manager at Hesperia with over 15 years of experience in the property industry and is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of mixed-use and residential built form projects.

    He has extensive experience across a range of property and construction projects, having held senior roles in private development companies and as a consultant.

  • Greg Jenkins

    Greg is a Development Manager at Hesperia and is responsible for the management of residential and mixed-use built form projects.

    Greg holds a Bachelor of Technology, majoring in Quantity Surveying, from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

  • Liam Brown

    Liam is an Analyst at Hesperia and is responsible for research, project financing, feasibility analysis, project due diligence and acquisitions.

    Liam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Finance and Accounting, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
